Owner/Director + Speech-Language Pathologist: Haley Addis, M.S. CCC-SLP


Haley Addis, a certified Speech-Language Pathologist, is the owner and director of More to Say, LLC. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders from Southern Connecticut State University, New Haven, CT and a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Northeastern University, Boston, MA. While at Northeastern University, she also completed an Early Intervention Certification Program focusing on the development, assessment, and intervention of children aged birth to three. Haley is currently a PhD student at New York University's Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. She is completing her studies in the Department of Communicative Sciences and Disorders focusing on research of language and literacy development and disorders in children. She is also an adjunct professor in the department teaching language development and disorders courses to undergraduate and graduate students.


Haley holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, a Connecticut State Speech Language Pathology License, and a New York State Speech Language Pathology License. A few of her additional certifications and trainings include:

She has experience working in a variety of settings including early intervention, school-based, outpatient, and university clinics and has worked with children with language delays, speech delays, feeding disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and other needs.

Haley's current role at the practice is overseeing all clinicians to ensure that she has the opportunity to be a part of each child's plan of care. She enjoys getting to know each family that walks through the door, observing sessions, and contributing to evaluation reports & goal development for each child.

She is also in the process of becoming a board certified holistic health practitioner. She is completing her studies to be a holistic nutritionist and health & wellness coach. She currently works with individuals to provide support in health, fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, and business building. She is particularly interested in helping mothers find a routine that promotes overall wellness and self care.

Haley enjoys spending time with her husband Jordan, and two precious girls, Lucy & Grace. As a family, some of their favorite things to do are enjoy nature, cook, and travel. She enjoys reading and blogging in her quiet time.
